HealthOne Blayney
HealthOne Blayney is developing a co-located service that will be part of the Blayney Multipurpose Service (MPS) and will complement and enhance existing health services. An extension and refurbishment of the MPS is currently underway.
The HealthOne Blayney service will include:
- General Practice services including a Practice Nurse
- Community Nursing, including child and family
- Visiting services - Allied Health and Medical Specialists
- Private pathology service
- There will be approximately 14 FTE staff, including Integrated Clinical Care Coordinators.
The development of the HealthOne Blayney service is based on results from the Healthy Community Consultation Process. This is a process that relies on the engagement of the local community to identify local health and wellbeing issues.
