HealthOne Cootamundra
HealthOne Cootamundra is planning to co-locate Community Health and General Practice in a building with two adjoining wings. The privately funded GP wing has been built on land adjacent to Cootamundra Hospital. The adjoining Community Health wing will be built on the Cootamundra Hospital campus.
This integrated primary and community care service will seek to meet the increasing health needs of the community, in particular the aged and those people living with chronic conditions or complex health needs.
