HealthOne Molong
The HealthOne Molong service will be developed on land adjacent to existing services run by Cabonne Shire council. It will form the hub of primary and community health provision in the Cabonne local government area (LGA). The initial focus of the service will be on the large population of older people, those with chronic and complex conditions, young people and low-income families.
The HealthOne Molong service will include:

General Practice services, including a Practice Nurse

Community Nurses

Child & Family Health Nurse

Space for visiting medical specialists

Allied Health professionals including Occupational Therapist and Fitness Leader

Pathology service
-
Home & Community Care (HACC) services

Anglicare
-
There will be approximately 26 FTE staff, including Integration Coordinators
Location and demographics

The Molong District has relatively high numbers of older people and with predictions of an increasingly ageing population this group will be an important focus of health and community services.
