HealthOne Rylstone
The HealthOne Rylstone service will be developed on land adjacent to the existing Rylstone Multipurpose Service (MPS). It will form the hub of primary and community health service provision in the Rylstone/Kandos area. The initial focus of the service will be on the large population of older people, those with chronic and complex conditions, younger people and low income families.
When fully occupied the Rylstone HealthOne will have:

General Practice services, including a Practice Nurse

Child & Family Health

Orana Pathology Service

Public Dentistry

Community Transport

Women's Health
There will be approximately 9 FTE staff.

Target population groups
- Aged
- People with chronic and complex care needs (particularly diabetes, vascular disorders and chronic airway limitation
- Children and adolescents
- People and families with low incomes
