Note: Estimates are based on the following numbers of respondents for NSW: 1997 (1,867), 2002 (1,173), 2003 (1,254), 2004 ( 815), 2005 ( 935), 2006 ( 644), 2007 ( 571). The indicator includes those who ate processed meat products less than 3 times a week. The question used to define the indicator was: How often do you eat processed meat products such as sausages, frankfurts, devon, salami, meat pies, bacon or ham?
