| Note: | Estimates are based on the following numbers of respondents for NSW: 1997 (1,863), 1998 (1,736), 2002 (1,163), 2003 (1,241), 2004 ( 812), 2005 ( 930), 2006 ( 635), 2007 ( 563). The indicator includes those who met the recommended consumption of vegetables. The recommended vegetable intake is at least 5 serves per day for persons aged 16 years and over. One serve is equivalent to 1/2 cup of cooked vegetables or one cup of salad vegetables. The question used to define the indicator was: How many serves of vegetables do you usually eat each day? |
