Mental Health Act 1990

The following paper was published in January 2007:

Private Hospitals and Day Procedure Centres Act 1988

The Private Health Facilities Bill 2006 was introduced to Parliament on 22 November 2006.

Public Health Act 1991

The Consultation Draft of the Public Health Bill 2010, and accompanying Consultation Paper, have now been released. Submissions on the Draft Bill will be accepted until 19 April 2010.
