Financial

Rural Incentives
Employees under the Health Managers (State) Award may be entitled to reimbursement of costs incurred in the relocation to the town in the Health Service to which they are appointed.
There are a number of excellent opportunities available to clinical support staff that may enable you to increase your remuneration. These include:

Leave
Generous provisions are available, including:
- Annual leave - 4 weeks, with additional allowance of up to one week (shift work)
- Maternity/Adoption leave - 14 weeks paid leave
- Parental leave - 1 week paid leave
- Sick leave - 10 days per annum accruable
- Long service leave - 2 months after 10 years (accessible pro-rata after 7 years)
