Ethics

The Research, Ethics and Public Health Training Branch is responsible for developing, communicating, implementing and evaluating policies, frameworks and guidelines to ensure that ethical considerations are given proper weight in medical and clinical practice and research within the NSW public health system.

The Branch acts as a resource centre and source of advice to clinicians, researchers and Human Research Ethics Committees (HRECs) regarding ethical and research governance matters.
