The Cardiac Network has developed Clinical Practice Guidelines on the use of Drug Eluting Stents and Implantable Cardiac Defibrillators as a guide for Area Health Services.
A Policy Directive on Clinical Practice Guidelines for Cardiac Monitoring in adult patients has also been developed and work has commenced on patient escort guidelines.
