NSW Action Plan for Prevention of Chronic Kidney Disease
Based on the recommendations from the Prevention Workshop held in December 2005, Renal Services Network has proposed a draft Action Plan for implementation in NSW. The draft Plan has been circulated to NSW Health Department branches and to Public Health Units across NSW. A working group was formed in 2007 led by NSW Health. The focus of this group is on secondary prevention strategies, and a range of initiatives is being considered and tested.
