Alignment of NSW Healthy Food Provision Policy with the Health Star Rating System

Summary

Over the last five years (2015-2020), NSW Health has embedded the Health Star Rating across the state and within a range of settings. The work is outlined through the Alignment of NSW Healthy Food Provision Policy with the Health Star Rating System report, which summarises findings of the research phase.

The Health Star Rating has been integrated into two programs:

• Healthy School Canteen Strategy
• Healthy Food and Drink in NSW Health Facilities for Staff and Visitors Framework
