Food Safety in New South Wales

The Australia New Zealand Food Authority (ANZFA) has been working with NSW and the other States and Territories to develop a new approach towards food safety that involves the introduction of safety measures throughout the food chain, from‘source to consumption’.This information paper outlines the implementation of the national food safety initiative in NSW.
