Governance - Chronic Care Implementation Advisory Group (CCIAG)
Purpose
To provide advice on the strategic directions and activities of the NSW
Chronic Care Program for enhancing care provided to people with chronic
conditions and their carers in NSW.

The CCIAG will meet bi-monthly-prior to the Health Priority Task Force for Chronic, Aged and Community Health. Venue of the meeting will be advised prior the meeting. Members may attend the meeting by teleconference.
