Information for patients

The Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998, July 2000 establishes information privacy principles that are observed by NSW Health in collecting and dealing with personal information that is used in the waiting times web database.

The tables displayed aim to protect the privacy of patients by ensuring that reporting does not allow the identification of individuals.
