NSW Multicultural Health Communication Service

Promotion of Service

Multicultural Communication has recently developed two resources designed to illustrate its role in making available important health related information to CALD communities in NSW. In conjunction with a talented artist/photographer, T Dellosa, the two resources bring vivid images of people in a range of age groups, reflecting today's Australia.

 Promotional booklet
This booklet, a small sized 14x14cm, succinctly describes the various functions performed by MHCS. It gives an overall picture of its many roles, with illustrations of some of the recent MHCS marketing campaigns. It also describes the role and function of the website. The booklet will also be available on line.

 "Year in Review" Presentation Folder
An easy to read information folder (A4 size) encompasses in greater detail the various campaigns MHCS has been involved with in 2005, including photos of the launches. The campaigns were: Smoking Cessation (2), Breast Cancer Awareness and DADHC. It also includes a description of projects already underway for 2006. The Andrology, Quitline, and Local Government Multicultural Health Communications Awards projects. A message from the Director and an image of the new website are also included.
