NSW Health assists in the development of communication and marketing campaigns that aim to inform the community of drug and alcohol telephone and internet based information and counselling services.
Key campaigns include:
The 'What Are You Doing To Yourself?' Campaign is a responsible drinking campaign tackling binge drinking and anti-social behaviour among teenagers and young adults.
The CDAT Promotion Campaign aims to raise community awareness of Community Drug Action Teams (CDATs) and the work they do to encourage people to volunteer and participate in local teams.
The Club Drugs Campaign is an early intervention/prevention campaign to inform young adults (18 to 25 years) of the risks and harms associated with club drug use. The drugs covered include ecstasy, GHB and Ice.
A prevention/early intervention campaign aimed at young people13 to 19 years of age who are potential users and early users of cannabis.
