NEPT is a NSW Health service. Vehicles are provided through patient transport vehicles from across the various Local Health Districts and the NSW Ambulance green fleets.
NEPT provides an important service for patients who require transport to or from a health facility and who are medically unsuitable for community, public or private transport.
Patients must be assessed by a medical practitioner or registered nurse as eligible for NEPT. This section contains important information on patient eligibility.
