The Guidelines support NSW Health policy directives PD2005_223 and PD2005_250, which direct that workplace bullying will not be tolerated in NSW Health. The Guidelines provide detailed information on how to prevent workplace bullying using a risk management approach, and how to effectively manage and resolve workplace bullying complaints.
