Summary
The NSW Palliative Care Development Planning Framework 2011-2014 (the Planning Framework) is the action plan for the NSW Palliative Care Program, and is a document from which service planners, providers and communities of interest will draw guidance and direction. The Planning Framework describes how the five planning priorities identified in the Framework will be operationalised across NSW Health.
