Summary
This Information Bulletin is to advise the Department, the NSW Ambulance Service and public health organisations of the need to familiarise themselves with the requirements of the Workplace Surveillance Act 2005, which commences on 7 October 2005. The Act prescribes the conditions that must be met by employers in order to be able to legally conduct workplace computer, camera or tracking surveillance.
