Private Water Supplies

Summary
The information bulletin refers to the Private Water Supply Guidelines, which will be published as a booklet by NSW Health. The guideline booklet will clarify responsibilities of private water suppliers and the powers of Local Government and NSW Health under existing legislation and the NHMRC Australian Drinking Water Guidelines 2004. The information bulletin contains additional information to assist Public Health Units and Councils in applying the guidelines.
