The primary function of eHealth NSW is Information Communications Technology (ICT) services on a statewide basis for the NSW Health system. eHealth NSW is required to obtain Finance and Business Strategy Services, Customer Service and Corporate Governance Services, and Workforce Services from HealthShare NSW. eHealth NSW exercises its functions under section 126B of the Health Services Act 1997. The current version of the eHealth NSW Delegations Manual was approved by the Secretary NSW Health on 14 June 2019.
