This Policy Directive introduces the requirement for reporting positive isolates to local Public Health Units and the NSW Food Authority, in addition to directing food businesses to the NSW Food Authority, Industry Guide to Developing a Food Safety Program (Hospitals and Aged Care) addressing Listeria control.
