COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION IS NECESSARY - PRIOR TO PESTICIDE USE

Changes to the Department of Environment and Conservation (DEC) Pesticides Regulation 1995 4B, effective 1 February 2007, require a NSW Health Pesticide Use Notification Plan (PNP) which outlines how Health Services will notify local communities in accordance with a PNP, when it is intended to use or allow the use of pesticides in public places outside buildings and structures, owned or controlled by NSW Health
