Summary
The policy has been updated to reflect changes to CEA provisions arising from the Memorandum of Understanding between NSW Health and the NSW Nurses' Association 1 July 2008 to 30 June 2010; to ensure staff employed in the NSW Health Service are aware of the provisions applying to CEAs and CEA entitlements for nursing and midwifery; and to set out the requirements for continuing implementation of the CEA provisions within the public health system.
