Summary
The Premier of NSW issued memorandum 2009-03 outlining the introduction of a Lobbyists Code of Conduct and an associated register effective 1 February 2009. This policy extends the requirement for the NSW Health System to comply with this memorandum and the Premier's earlier memorandum 2006-01 Guidelines on Managing Lobbyists and Corruption Allegations Made During Lobbying.
