Summary
Premier's Memorandum 2007-01 introduced revised guidelines regarding new contract disclosure obligations as a result of section 15A of the Freedom of Information Act 1989. In order for the NSW Health System to meet its legal obligations under this Act it is important that officers contracting with the private sector are aware of, and comply with the disclosure requirements.
