Summary
The NSW Palliative Care Strategic Framework builds on and replaces the NSW Palliative Framework (2001). The Palliative Care Strategic Framework sets five priorities for service development over the next four years: 1) Improving NSW palliative care service planning & delivery; 2) Implementing the Standards for Providing Quality Palliative Care for all Australians; 3) Improving palliative care workforce capacity and training; 4) Improving palliative care data ; and 5) Strengthening evidence based practice.
