Programs—Resources Program

The Resources Program involves:

• development of planning, reporting and evaluation frameworks for mental health services
• Financial advice concerning mental health services, including policy development, planning, budgeting, investment, financial analysis, reporting, information and NGO grants
• coordination of performance indicators for mental health services
• control of Commonwealth and State mental health allocations
• financial services to the Centre for Mental Health.
