- Australian Psychological Society – professional association for psychologists in Australia.
- Wrap Around Kids – a program designed to provide teachers with practical
classroom strategies for managing different learning styles and behaviours
of children with ADHD and other disorders or disabilities. It provides
a communication framework for regular sharing of information and expertise
between families, teachers and other managing professionals.
- Learning Links – an Australian charity and non-profit organisation,
offering information, support and services to children who have learning
difficulties, disabilities and/or developmental delays and their families.
- Children’s Hospital Education Research Institute (CHERI) - an institute located at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead in NSW that conducts research into the educational and psychosocial aspects of children with learning problems. The CHERI team also conducts educational assessments for some of these children and provides information and resources to families and professionals.

- ADD Resources – an American non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting, educating and serving as a resource for people with ADD.
- CHADD: Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder – an American non-profit organisation that provides science-based, evidence-based information about ADHD to parents, educators, professionals, the media and the general public.
- NIMH: National Institute of Mental Health – American Federal agency for research on mental and behavioural disorders.
- The National Resource Center on ADHD - a clearinghouse, funded by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, that provides information and resources about ADHD.
