On the road to better practice: health working with schools poster

This bus poster is an inter-active tool for assisting practitioners with understanding what the health promotion with schools concept is. The detachable bus moves along the continuum from 'bad' practice of adhoc and unplanned interventions to 'good' practice of holistic, sustainable and planned approaches. The poster is 2m x 1m landscape.

To borrow this poster, please contact Kerryl McGrath on kmcgr@doh.health.nsw.gov.au or call 02 9391 9540.

Health Promoting Schools Directory

To make it easier for schools and the education sector to find the entry points into the services within an Area Health Service (AHS), Directories have been developed by some Area Health Services. This Directory provides contact details and locations for services such as Child and Adolescent Health team, Mental Health and Community Health Centres.
