The Guide offers a new way of designing school canteen menus, and aims to make the job of designing a healthy menu easier. |
Information is provided about the following areas:
- the nutritional value of foods
- selecting the most appropriate (and healthiest) food choices
- the nutrient criteria for identifying foods that need to be restricted in their sale.
Useful components of the Guide that you may wish to download individually are:
