NSW Aboriginal Health Strategic Plan

Summary

The NSW Aboriginal Health Strategic Plan is an initiative under the NSW Aboriginal Health Partnership and the
NSW Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Health Agreement (1996). Its purpose is to present
strategies to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and
to address the issues raised in the Aboriginal health planning process in New South Wales.
