Interim Report - Private Hospitals and Day Procedure Centres Act 1988

Summary

The Private Hospitals and Day Procedure Centres Act 1988 requires the licensing of private hospitals and day procedure centres in NSW.

The Department has prepared the Interim Report to assist in further consultation with stakeholders. In addition to a discussion of the issues that arose during the review the Interim Report makes a number of preliminary recommendation and provides further discussion of options for regulatory reform.
