Report of the Clinical and Community Advisory Group

Summary

Every Area Health Service (AHS) will be required to establish an Area Health Advisory Council (AHAC). In early August 2004, the Minister for Health, the Hon Morris Iemma MP, appointed the Clinical and Community Advisory Group (CCAG) to consult with clinicians and the community on the functions, composition and operation of the Area Health Advisory Councils. This document reports on the CCAG's findings.
