Rhodes Peninsula Small Area Cancer Incidence and Mortality Study
SummaryNSW Health, in consultation with the Rhodes Community Liaison Group, agreed to conduct an investigation of historical cancer incidence in the suburbs surrounding the former Union Carbide site at Rhodes. This study was conducted to evaluate one of the community's concerns: whether there is a difference in the historical incidence of, and mortality due to, cancer for people living around the Rhodes Peninsula compared to other people in NSW.
