The Report reviews the provision of genetics services over the 4 years 2001-2004. It describes the structure of the NSW Genetics Service and service locations. Information on some of the more common genetic disorders, what can be done about them and some of the outcomes achieved are also included. Service data are summarised for clinical genetics, cancer genetics, prenatal services, newborn screening services, laboratory testing, education and support services.
