NSW Healthy School Canteen Strategy Evaluation Report 2005

Summary

These reports summarise the results of the Quality/Process Survey and the Short-term Impact Survey which were completed in Term 1 and 2, 2005 as part of the evaluation of the NSW Healthy School Canteen Strategy.

The Quality/Process Survey was designed to consider the quality and reach of the communication methods and support materials produced for the Strategy while the Short-term Impact Survey was designed to identify parameters of canteen operations and evaluate the short-term impact of the Strategy. One in five (519) NSW schools with a school canteen participated in the surveys.
