Summary

Consumer perceptions and experiences of service delivery have been widely recognised as crucial to understanding service quality. The project aimed to develop a Framework and appropriate tools for systemic use by NSW public consumers' views of the quality and delivery of the mental health services they receive in continuous service improvement.
