Sugar sweetened drink ban for NSW school

Summary

The Minister for Education and Training announced a ban on the sale of sugar sweetened drinks in NSW government schools as of Term 1, 2007. The Catholic Education Commission and the Association of Independent Schools strongly support this ban and will encourage it in their sectors. This statement provides information to assist all schools in their implementation of the ban.
