Summary

The purpose of Caring for Infants is to provide advice to Long Day Care Centres on how to provide adequate nutrition for children in their care who are aged from birth to 12 months. The book includes information on breast milk and other drinks, bottle feeding, introducing solid foods, vegetarian infants, food textures, allergies, intolerances and choking-risk foods.
