Summary

The HCAC Newsletter is a quarterly publication providing a forum for HPTs and GP Council to promote their outcomes and achievements to their membership and broader health networks.

The HCAC Newsletter profiles the activities of the HPTs and GP Council through contributions from each HPT to the following sections: Feature, Article and Update. In so doing the target audience will gain an understanding of the outputs, successes and challenges of the HPTs.
