Performance Management Framework

Summary

The Framework provides an integrated process for performance review and management with the overarching objectives of improving patient safety, service delivery and quality across NSW Health Services. It forms an integral part of the annual business planning cycle that establishes the annual performance agreements between the Department and individual Health Services. This is undertaken within the strategic frameworks provided by the State Plan, the State Health Plan and the key strategies for change outlined in Caring Together.
