Clinical Services Redesign Program Evaluation Report

Summary

The NSW Health Clinical Service Redesign Program (CSRP) is a substantial program of work which commenced in 2005. The program has three core strategies; performance management, resources and redesign methodology. NSW Health commissioned two separate external evaluations for phase 1 of the CSRP 2005-2008. The final evaluation reports and the NSW Health response are presented. Additionally a report on the 2009/10 CSRP achievements is provided.
