Literature Review of Emergency Department Staffing Redesign Framework

Summary

NSW Health commissioned the University of Sydney, School of Public Health to conduct an Emergency Department staffing redesign framework literature review. This review presents an overview of existing Australian and international literature which looks at the staffing of emergency departments. This literature review was completed as part of the methodology for the Emergency Department Workforce Research Project (EDWRP) and Emergency Department Workforce Analysis Tool(ED-WAT).
