Emergency Department Workforce Analysis Tool (EDWAT) - Edition 2

Summary

The EDWAT is a workforce planning tool designed to support workforce and skill mix planning in Emergency Departments in NSW. The second edition includes 2009-2010 Emergency Department data and has been updated in response to the evaluation of edition 1. The EDWAT is the result of the Emergency Department Workforce Research project and is currently being implemented across NSW. The output of the EDWAT is a prioritised list of strategies required to address skill mix issues.
