Summary
HealthOne NSW is an integrated primary health care initiative that brings together GPs, community health and other health professionals to work in multidisciplinary teams to help improve the health outcomes of residents of NSW. The Guideline provides a framework for the development of corporate governance arrangements for HealthOne NSW services. It sets out a standard approach that aims to protect the interests of the participating parties while providing a solid foundation for joint service planning and delivery.
