News Release: Health Information - For the Record (3.12.02)
Craig Knowles, MP, the former NSW Minister for Health launched My Health Record at St George Hospital, Kogarah on Wednesday 4th December 2002.

Mr Knowles officially presented the first My Health Record to Mr Donald Gurnett, a patient of the St George Hospital and Community Health Service (pictured).

My Health Record is now available from your local doctor or public hospital.
