NSW Health audit tool for assessing compliance with policy
Following scrutiny of the various audit tools being used by the Area Health Services, the Quality & Safety Branch has developed the following audit tool to assess compliance with policy.
Note that this is a documentation audit and is based on the assumption that health facilities have their own checklists in place to ensure compliance with policy.
